Full size trundle bed – Trundle beds are a great way to provide a sleeping area with a guest in their home or siblings sharing a small bedroom. The bed is actually two beds in one: the upper bed is usually a twinning bed or full-size and twin size bed is hidden underneath. In old-fashioned trundle beds, the bottom bed and remained deployed near the floor. New types are spring to raise the lower bed to the same height as the upper bed. Low bed locks in place to support the weight of a person.

Clear the area of any obstructions so you can fully extend the full size trundle bed. Pull the bottom trundle bed until you exit the upper bed. You may need help. Release the latches holding the trundle bed near the surface. The latches are typically near the sides of the mattress frame leaving the last space. Most trundles have a latch at each end of the bed. Release springs allow them to lift the mattress up to the other bed.
Lift the bottom frame of the full size trundle bed if the mattress does not raise itself once the latches are released. Slide the latches in the locking holes under the upper bed once the mattress is raised to the proper height. These locked securely in place and prevent the mattress down once someone lies.
